Welcome to the Rainbow Robots Handbook, this will detail everything on how the organisation is run and hopefully give any new starters enough information to get started.

We want to keep this Handbook as up to date as possible and want to keep an “answer with a link” policy going.

To start off with here are some basic rules we try and follow:

What do we mean by “answer with a link”? well we want people to think about whenever someone asks a question can you answer it with a link. If not could this information be added to this handbook to help improve the content here and also help others in the future.

Document as you go along

It is far easier to document things as you work on them (your head is in it) so take that little extra time to do so.


Product, Sales & Marketing/Public Relations

You will notice there is no Product, Sales or Marketing/Public Relations sections to our handbook. This is by design we do not believe we need these functions in our organisation.

  • Clans can plan their work directly with customers, no middle people.
  • Clans can find their own work and as long as we do good work for people we will get work to do.
  • Clans can send out comms when work is complete and we can distribute this via our channels automatically.
