Kanban

Let’s be honest Kanban is basically just a todo list, I good one but a todo list.

We will stick to the principles of Kanban as much as possible but keeping our pragmatic hats on at all times.

• Work from left to right
• Try and complete things on the right first
• Try and keep all columns in order of priority
• Try and make it so there are as few tasks in progress as possible
  • Having more than one person working on a task is a good thing

That is pretty much it!
