Mentorship

Mentorship will be one of the core precepts of our company, it is everyone’s role to be a mentor.

There is nothing like teaching something to someone else to help you learn and grow as an individual.

Often the Mentee teaches as much to the Mentor and this is really important.

Being a Mentor is a privilege as you get to learn from many others and get to set the example to the Mentee for when they become a Mentor in the future.
