Pay

We plan on paying our employees based on 3 tiers:

1. Junior
2. Senior
3. Expert

This is separate to the role you provide in your clan.

Pay will be as following:

1. Junior
   • UK Minimum wage + 10k (£33809.5)
2. Senior
   • UK Minimum wage + 20k (£43809.5)
3. Expert
   • UK Minimum wage + 30k (£53809.5)
