Psychological safety

This is incredibly important in any team.

There is no such thing as a stupid question.

If someone asks one this is the clans responsibility to think why did we not let someone have the bit of knowledge from the start?

Use the opportunity of someone joining a clan to update any onboarding documentation and improve.

Anyone should be able to ask anything about any part of the business, remember just because someone is employeed in a given role this does not mean they do not have other experiences that they can bring to the team.
